Happy Thanksgiving to all who are celebrating today! Thanksgiving is a time for reflecting, a time to be thankful for all the blessings we enjoy in life. The blessings of family that we can share the holiday with; a warm home, good food to eat, warm clothes for the winter, jobs that allow us to earn money to buy the necessities. So many things to be thankful for.
What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving? We all should pause, and enjoy the blessings of the day.
Harold and I are so thankful for our family and the happy times we can enjoy together! This Thanksgiving we are thankful to have gotten an excellent doctor’s report; that we have successfully lowered triglycerides, blood pressure and also lost weight. We are thankful to have improved our health and are living with less risk factors thanks to The Keto Diet.
